University of California at Santa Barbara's College of Engineering includes electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, computer science, materials science, computer engineering, media arts and technology, and biomolecular science and engineering B.S., B.A., M.S., and Ph.D. programs. It also operates college and pre-college student outreach programs. The Technology Management Program (TMP) provides students with instruction in management, product development, marketing, and investing. The college includes the California NanoSystems Institute (CNSI), the High-Performance Composites Center, the Institute for Multiscale Materials Studies, and over a dozen other interdisciplinary research centers. The Mitsubishi Chemical Center for Advanced Materials (MC-CAM) has produced over 30 inventions. The College of Engineering also has formed alliances with the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, the Los Alamos National Laboratory, the Kavli Institute for Theoretical Physics, the Marine Science Institute, and over a dozen other research centers. Several Nobel Laureates serve on the college's faculty. Twenty-seven faculty members belong to the National Academy of Engineering.
