DAVE Networks Incorporated, founded in 2003, provides clients with technology and services that support the development of online communities and the distribution of branding videos. The firm's S.O.C.I.A.L. Platform allows consumers to find, view, upload, and share content. The IPTV platform includes the Content Delivery Network (CDN), Social Broadcast Network (SBN), MyTVBox (TM), and DAVE Media Manager (DMM) client components. CDN is a peer-to-peer publishing and distribution system. It supports the encoding, storage, publishing, and delivery of digital video and other media to multiple end user devices. DAVE Networks also is known for its Advertising Engine advertising targeting and insertion, E-Commerce Engine cross-platform payment processing, and Integrated Back Office backend administration management systems. Integrated Back Office includes users membership management, password management, content management, and other features. DAVE Networks has formed strategic alliances with Muvee, Beyond Media, and Intent Mediaworks.
