It also operates 15 Telemundo stations and one independent Spanish-language station. The NBC Television Network broadcasts 5,000 hours of programming to 200 affiliate stations across the United States. Telemundo reaches views in 118 markets. NBC Entertainment develops and schedules television programming. NBC Television Network includes the NBC News, NBC Universal Sports & Olympics, NBC Universal Cable, Bravo, CNBC, CNBC World, MSNBC, mun2, SCI FI Channel, Sleuth, Universal HD, USA Network, NBC Weather Plus, CNBC Europe, CNBC Asia Pacific, and NBC Universal Global Networks units. NBC Universal Television Studio, formed with the 2004 union of Universal Network Television and NBC Studios, produces and co-produces a wide range of programming. NBC Universal Television Distribution maintains an archive of 4,000 features films and 40,000 television episodes. Universal Pictures develops and distributes theatrical and non-theatrical films. It includes the Focus Features, Rogue Pictures, and Universal Studios Home Entertainment units. Universal Parks & Resorts manages theme parks in California and Florida. It maintains other parks and resorts in Japan and Spain. General Electric holds an 80 percent share of NBC Universal. Vivendi holds the remaining stake in the company.
