MARGI Systems, founded in 1994 and based in Fremont, California, develops Microsoft (R) PowerPoint (R) presentation, video capture, video conferencing, DVD decoding and authoring, and other multimedia products for mobile systems. Manufacturing is handled by ISO 9000 manufacturers in Asia. The firm developed its first audio-video capture and MPEG cards in 1995. Two years later, it introduced the Capture-to-Go (TM) video conferencing and television capture products. In 1998, MARGI Systems formed strategic partnerships with ACER, Compaq, Dell, FIC, Fujitsu, NEC, Toshiba, Twinhead, and IBM. One year later, the company introduced the Theater-to-Go (TM) headset and Display-to-Go cardbus display adapter products. DVPublish-to-Go (TM) and 1394-to-Go (TM) were introduced in 2000. MARGI Systems products have won Editors Choice awards from 'PC Magazine.'
