Regulatory DataCorp (RDC) International LLC, formed by American Express, Bank of America, Citigroup, JP Morgan Chase, Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Prudential, Wachovia, and other financial institutions, provides clients with regulatory compliance services. The organization's board of directors is headed by A.B. Culvahouse. The board is supported by data and research, privacy, information security, political risk, training, and other advisory committees. RDC's Global Regulatory Information Database, or GRID (SM), includes regulatory, legal, and due diligence data. Information can be access through multiple interfaces. The database includes 1.5 million individual and business names, which have been collected from 22,000 U.S. and international record sources. Approximately 750 new entries are added to GRID daily. The database includes current and historical information. GRID is hosted by Equifax. RDC's CharityGuard (SM), offered in partnership with ChoicePoint and GuideStar, allows institutional investors to protect themselves from fraud. RDC also provides clients with Thomson Financial Insider Insight products. Bill Catucci serves as the organization's president and CEO.
