The firm has technology licensing agreements with AT&T, Intel, Lucent, JFax, Symantec, and other strategic partners. It is known for its FaxBack Fax-on-Demand, Web Page Fax, and NET SatisFAXtion fax server products. It also customizes programs for clients. Its FaxBack system is employed by AT&T, eFax, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), MCI, and other customers. The IRS employs the product in automatically processing 45,000 taxpayer calls daily. FaxBack's NET SatisFAXtion fax server, introduced in 1990, provides users with automated inbound routing, broadcast faxing, and client billing tools. The system has won recognition from 'LAN Times' and 'InfoWorld.'
