FaxBack (R) Incorporated, founded in 1983 and based in Tigard, Oregon, develops Web-to-fax, fax-on-demand, interactive voice response (IVR), and other communications systems. The firm has technology licensing agreements with AT&T, Intel, Lucent, JFax, Symantec, and other strategic partners. It is known for its FaxBack Fax-on-Demand, Web Page Fax, and NET SatisFAXtion fax server products. It also customizes programs for clients. Its FaxBack system is employed by AT&T, eFax, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), MCI, and other customers. The IRS employs the product in automatically processing 45,000 taxpayer calls daily. FaxBack's NET SatisFAXtion fax server, introduced in 1990, provides users with automated inbound routing, broadcast faxing, and client billing tools. The system has won recognition from 'LAN Times' and 'InfoWorld.' The firm introduced its FAXability browser-based fax application in 2001 and its FAXability Broadcast high-volume broadcasting product in 2002.
