TelTone (R) Corporation develops a variety of telephony technologies for enterprise, service provider, and government organizations. The firm offers clients utility communications, real-time notification, substation monitoring, business continuity, remote surveillance, interactive voice response (IVR) testing, telecommunications testing, call center, telecommuting, and telemarketing products and services. The company's utility communications products integrate with existing systems. The products streamline voice communication processing. The Gauntlet substation security system controls access to data. It includes call logging features. The company's DS-100 Substation Line Sharing Switch and Polling Controller systems support the monitoring of meter, energy management, and other remote substation components. TelTone's NotifyExpress automates emergency announcement, status alert, and retail promotion announcement processes. The firm's OfficeLink Observe, OfficeLink ReVo, and OfficeLink Solo systems support the monitoring of outsourced service operations. TelTone also provides clients with the TSP IVR testing, Telephone Line Emulator (TLE), TLS-3 and TLS-5 Telephone Line Simulator (TLS), and T-311 predictive dialing products.

The TecTrends live search works as you type shows results in a drop-down box below the search box. The result list includes the name of the company, TecTerm or product along with some information about it and its popularity. Clicking on a record you are interested will display it (if it is a TecTerm it will display records with that TecTerm).

The live search will display the most relevant records and will limit the results by type if any of the Companies, TecTerms, or Products checkboxes are checked. In order to perform a full search based on what you have typed into the search box you may hit the 'Go' button.

Helpful information on the status of your search is displayed on the line above the search box so you can tell when a search is in progress or if no matches were found. You can also use the Options menu to change the result type filters (checkboxes), browse all records alphabetically using the directory, and search for articles.

To close and open the live search result list click on the down arrow at the right of the search box.

To increase or decrease the size of the live search result list you can click on the [+] or [-] button at the bottom of the live search results.
By default the results are sorted by popularity. To sort by record name click on the 'Name' column header and to sort by popularity click on the 'weight' column header.
