Data Connection Limited (DCL), founded in 1981, develops telephony and communications technologies. The firm's hardware and software products operate across a variety of networks. The trust owns all company stock. It receives profits and distributes them annually to all employees. In 2006, the company won the Queen's Award for Enterprise in the International Trade category.
