Knozall Software Incorporated was founded by John C. Lucas and Donald R. Lundell in July 1990 in order to fill a need in the network resource management market. Mr. Lucas and Mr. Lundell have many years of experience in hardware and software, including consulting, programming, support, systems analysis, product development, and senior management positions at both small and large companies. In August of 1994, the company was purchased by Tangram Enterprise Solutions, a developer of enterprisewide software for the UNIX and mainframe environments. Lundell did a buy-back in March 1996, making Knozall a privately held company once again. The firm is headquartered in Arizona. Its current products include tools to help network administrators manage disk space, audit network usage, automate tasks, manage enterprise networks, and compress and restore files. Knozall products support Windows and NetWare LANs and WANs.
