ICONICS Incorporated, based in Foxborough, Massachusetts, develops a wide range of industrial automation products. The firm has contributed to the development of the Object Linking and Embedding (OLE) for Process Control (OPC) standards, and it is known for its OPC ToolWorX (TM) and ActiveX ToolWorX systems, which allow users to create OPC products quickly. The company provides customers with technical support, maintenance, training, and other services. It has deployed over 60,000 software systems worldwide. ICONICS was founded in 1986 by five process development engineers, including current President and CEO Russ Agrusa.
