The company, 24/7 RealMedia Inc., announced a 2006 fourth-quarter revenue of $60 million, which represented an increase of 44 percent over revenues of $41.7 million in 2005. Total revenue for 2006 was $200.2 million. The company, which has been in operation for a decade, has some 400 employees in 12 countries and several ongoing initiatives, such as a website redesign, internal employee recruiting and education programs, and international expansion plans. The firm has made a successful partnership with Dentsu, a Japanese advertising agency, that is known as K.K.24-7 Search. On the basis of this success, 24/7 plans to service the advertising markets in China, India, South Korea, Thailand, and Taiwan. These partnerships are expected to begin in 2007. According to David J. Moore, chairman and chief executive officer of 24/7, when a website is launched, a company has the world for an audience. He sees one of the biggest challenges for his firm as communicating across the global company. He told his staff members that the greatest problem with communication is 'the illusion that it's been accomplished.' Moore encourages his staff to over-communicate, and he established five core values for the firm overall. These are integrity, passion, service, excellence, and innovation. The most recent redesign of the company's corporate website was created with interactive agency Lippincott Mercer. The site is scheduled for launch on April 3, 2007, in the United States.
