I3's I3 Enterprise Interaction Center SIP PBX gets excellent marks, especially for ease of installation and configuration, technical support, and manual PBX functionality. The free EIC system was easy to install and configure. All the EIC files are installed on the system before it ships to the customer. After the IC SIP PBX has been received, a wizard-based Setup Assistant is used to configure all the primary functionality of the system. Enterprise Interaction Center SIP PBX has many features, including those for reporting, presence management in real-time, and station-to-station video conferencing. The EIC administrative and graphical user interfaces (GUIs) are effective and intuitive. With the client interface, the user can log in as a standalone softphone, or the client interface can be connected to a station phone. Auto-attendant setup provides a choice of prompts that allow callers to enter the user's last name, first name, or both, which is a feature not found in many competing products. During testing with some Cisco and Polycom phone models, all calls were completed and processed without problems and with very good speech quality. I3 also installs EIC file on a system before shipping. For testing, two I3 representatives spent about 45 minutes setting up all devices and testing them for correct functionality.
